Today we continue the series discussing John Wooden's "Pyramid of Success" and a variety of quotes in support of it. We have finished all the blocks of the Pyramid, so we are now into what Wooden called the Mortar that holds the blocks together. Last week we started with the first mortar element, Ambition. Today we move to Mortar element #2, Sincerity.
Sincerity is critical to your success, especially when it comes to working on the "people" blocks of Friendship, Loyalty, Cooperation, & Team Spirit. You will certainly encounter and befriend many people throughout your life and your careers. But you will keep them as friends, and you will achieve more together when they know you are sincere about what you are doing and how you are treating them.
You will hear five quotes today in support of the concept of Sincerity.
