Today's quote is the fourth in our short series on Integrity. It comes to us from one of the icons of the world, Oprah Winfrey. Oprah says, "Real integrity is doing the right thing, knowing that nobody's going to know whether you did it or not." There are a few things to unpack here in this quote, and they are very good lessons for coaches to use with their athletes and teams.
