Show Notes

Today we move into the 4th episode in our short series on "Courage." Today's quote comes from the wise Chinese philosopher, Confucius. I have loved so many quotes by Confucius, but I'll admit, this one has always made me a little uncomfortable. I often feel he is hitting me upside the head with this one, reminding me that I need to behave this way more in my life. "To see what is right and not to do it, is a lack of courage." And while I try to live by this concept as much as possible, I know I have fallen short at various times in my life, and I am ashamed of that.

These quotes are all from my gift book for graduating seniors called, Inspiration for the Graduate. In the book I have 10 different "Team Themes" that I used with my teams through the years, as well as a variety of quotes in support of those themes. I also set up the first page for coaches to write their own personal note to the graduate. If you are interested in finding out more about the book, go to my website, Great Resources for Coaches and scroll down the page.
