Success vs Significance

We follow up last few week's ideas on significance in a quote by Oprah Winfrey with two quotes this week. One of the quotes is by Michael Josephson, the director of Character Counts, and the other quote is by author, leadership, and personal development guru, Ken Blanchard.

Both quotes continue to expand on the concepts of success and significance that I have been discussing as I build the SlamDunk Significance program that I told you about a few weeks ago. Josephson and Blanchard both show us the value of seeking  significance in order to bring us the success that we seek.
