In today's quote, Maxwell looks at the two most common ways we learn things and how each way has its own uniqueness and strength in helping us to learn. It's a really great quote for all of us in a leadership, teaching, coaching, or parenting situation to understand how we learn and how our kids (or anyone else we lead) learn on their own, from us, and from others.
