Today we continue the series discussing John Wooden's "Pyramid of Success" and a variety of quotes in support of it. We have finished all the blocks of the Pyramid, and we are now into what Wooden called the Mortar that holds the blocks together. We covered the first two mortar elements already, Ambition and Sincerity. Today we move to Mortar Element #3, Adaptability.
Adaptability is a key to anyone's success because there will always be change and elements out of our control. When something happens to us that we were not prepared for, we need to be able to adapt in such a way that we are able to react and perform accordingly. If we stay rigid and inflexible in our ways, we will not be able to deal with the challenges that we are presented with.
You will hear six quotes today in support of the concept of Adaptability.
