Perfectionism 5 - Brene Brown - Appreciating Our Cracks & Imperfections
Oct 09, 2023 Season 7 Episode 186
Scott Rosberg

Today we continue with the  series of quotes on "Perfectionism" that I started a few weeks ago.  Today's quotes form the final episode of three episode that make up a "Mini-Series" within the series. They are by Dr. Brene Brown from her book, Daring Greatly: How the Courage to Be Vulnerable Transforms the Way We Live, Love, Parent, and Lead.

As you heard me say in each of the last three episodes, I HIGHLY recommend you get this book! It has vaulted onto my list of Top 5 or Top 10 books that everyone should read, especially anyone who is a leader or a parent.

The quotes you hear today wrap up the mini-series by talking about some of the other problematic areas of perfectionism, but also offering a couple of ideas on how to deal with perfectionism in ways that can help us be better.

I hope you enjoyed this little series within the series. I know I enjoyed the concepts that Dr. Brown taught us about perfectionism.
