They are by Dr. Brene Brown from her book, Daring Greatly: How the Courage to Be Vulnerable Transforms the Way We Live, Love, Parent, and Lead.
As you heard me say in each of the last three episodes, I HIGHLY recommend you get this book! It has vaulted onto my list of Top 5 or Top 10 books that everyone should read, especially anyone who is a leader or a parent.
